THE Committee probing the power sector concluded its public hearing yesterday and said former President Olusegun Obasanjo and ex-Vice President Atiku Abubakar had a case to answer. Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Power probing the power sector, Mr Ndudi, said since Atiku served as Chairman of the National Economic Council before his relationship with his principal turned sour, evidence abound that he played roles in the award of many of the contracts under probe. Elumelu said although the committee had concluded the public hearings, it was set to carry out a tour of locations of the various projects scattered around the country, to verify submissions by the contractors after which it would take the next line of action.
