My husband and I are trying to purchase a mobile home and a piece of property and we need to do a Earnest Money Contract with the owners of the property in order for our loan to go through. We live in TX if this helps at all. I have Googled Earnest Money Contract and have not found the form that needs to be filled out and I should add that I want to print it off of the internet. If you know anywhere I can find it it would be greatly appreciated. Also I have tried the lawdepot.com website, no luck. Thanks so much in advance. Holly

The contract clearly will vary by state. You will also find that the standard one for a community id the one the agents use. It will be produced by the local Realtor organization. It will be under a copyright so you are not supposed to just borrow a copy.
Some stationary stores will have a generic one.
A lawyer can write up what you need and make sure that your interests are protected.
Be careful about using a blank form where you fill in the blanks unless you really understand the legal implications.
