Hi I took out a payday loan for £80. I had a phone call from them asking if I wanted to differ for a month but I declined and asked them to take the payment a bit earlier instead. I then had an email confirming the new payment date but now that date has passed and they have not collected the payment, my original payment date has also passed and they still haven’t taken the payment. Has this happened to anyone else?
