November 19th, 2008How can I get a grant to help pay for my student loan?
I had a student loan when i was married to my ex husband. I have not had the money to repay any of it. I received a letter yesterday that they are going to garnish my wages and keep my income tax. I can barely feed my kids now. I lost everything to Katrina and I have had to start over with nothing. I have four kids and I have pay day loans to pay back now. Is there a program that can help me to remove the interest and lower the amount of the student loan? Is there a grant that I can apply for to help me pay this debt off?

Ask the Ministry of Education.

no grants. you need to try and work it out with the collections agency or the lender, whoever has the loan now. student loans must must must be paid back, they will get their money from you one way or another. you cant even file bankruptcy on them. yes, they will garnish your wages and keep your income tax for years if need be. sorry about your predicament

Sometimes, we don’t not will need to borrow student private loans as very much as higher education enables. Please note that it’s greatest to borrow college student education loans the minimum amount possible so that we can lessen student loan debt later. This was a quite good post. Thanks
